Looking for a venue to host your upcoming group event? Whether a family reunion, holiday party, business meeting, or corporate retreat - Old Pike Cottage’s Gathering Area is the perfect place for you and your group to convene. The Common Space is a private room that is only accessible to Old Pike Cottage’s guests, and boasts some of the best views in Saugatuck with large windows facing Lake Kalamazoo.

The Common Space can comfortably host approximately 32 guests with various set up options to fit the needs of your group. We welcome any outside catering company for your dining options and you are able to bring in your own beverages as well.  We are happy to provide recommended partners if requested.

For family reunions or holiday parties, we have two full refrigerator/freezers for food storage, an assortment of eating and cooking utensils, microwave, air fryer, Keurig/coffee machine, outdoor grills, gas fireplace, games and puzzles, as well as plenty of comfortable seating for your guests.  If you plan on having a corporate retreat, team building event or business meeting, we have a large whiteboard, HDMI hookup to the large TV, and fiber internet with Wi-Fi across the entire property.
